Job Description:

Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is a hybrid role between remote working and a Liverpool City Centre office. Affinity are a ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Workplaces’ for 2024 employer, as well as being a market leader in the education recruitment space. This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join an ambitious and growing company, offering marketing experience in a nationwide organisation as well as career progression and development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting Head of Marketing with execution of the marketing calendar and strategy, across marketing channels
  • Content creation and support across multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X
  • Website support and management – managing our websites, content creation
  • data analytics
  • Producing marketing materials for our brands – merchandise, print advertising, digital advertising etc
  • Writing internal communications for our internal company portal
  • Monitoring social media accounts, engaging with audiences, and responding to messages
  • Respond to marketing requests in a timely manner
  • Managing multiple projects which will require you to manage your workload efficiently
  • Provide monthly marketing analysis and reporting tasks – web, social media, utilisation and job boards
  • Google ad set up and social media ads
  • General office support including PO raising, job board management and supporting the wider team

Requirements:

  • A proven track-record working within a Marketing Team
  • Digital media and programme experience
  • Experience within data analytics
  • Exposure and experience using Google-Ad
  • Experience using WordPress
  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams
  • Excellent communication and personal presentation
  • Highly organised and proven experience delivering on tasks and campaigns
