RAC has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive, to join our Acquisition Marketing team. This role plays a key part in planning, delivering and optimising acquisition campaigns across our Breakdown products, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of acquisition campaigns across email, DM, SMS, web and contact centre channels
Manage end-to-end campaign activity, ensuring timely sign-off, clear updates and strong collaboration with internal teams
Ensure customer communications meet compliance, regulatory and creative standards
Track campaign performance, review MI and recommend improvements to optimise results
Coordinate day-to-day activity with internal teams, suppliers and partners
Requirements:
Marketing experience within a fast-paced business and confidence managing multi-channel campaigns
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A good eye for creative, strong attention to detail and solid organisational ability
Ability to analyse data, write briefs, edit content and work to tight deadlines
Educated to A-level (or equivalent) with 1–2 years’ marketing experience
