Job Description

H.R. Owen, the UK's leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Marketing Executive to work with Bentley, Hatfield. We're looking for someone that's used to going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service. The cars that we sell are meticulously engineered, and we expect the Marketing Executive to be able to ensure a good supply of quality prospects for sales staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify additional sales opportunities for H.R. Owen
  • assist and support the preparation and execution of annual marketing plans for Bentley
  • carefully build and maintain the loyalty of existing customers
  • build the value of both the Bentley marques and the H.R. Owen brand
  • ensure a good supply of quality prospects for sales staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably within the motor industry
  • ability to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems
  • strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences
  • ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business
  • passion for the luxury industry, ability to recognise excellence and basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
  • confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • outstanding interpersonal skills
