Budgeting: Reviewing and checking quotations related to promotional activity
Advertising: This function ensures all external-facing materials and communications adhere to brand standards and are accurately published across various channels
Creative Liaison: Coordinating with headquarters (HQ) for necessary visual assets for advertising and social media campaigns
Compliance Check: Liaising with retailers and suppliers to verify correct usage of brand materials and guidelines, and confirming that all published artwork and information is accurate

Listing Process: Preparing and submitting new product listing proposals in collaboration with managers
