You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing revenue, and promoting the hotel across Rooms, MICE, and Food & Beverage. This role reports to the General Manager.
Job Responsibility
Assisting with proposals, contracts and event confirmations for clients
Managing leads, CRM records and sales reports to support business conversion
Planning, creating and scheduling social media content across all hotel platforms
Supporting seasonal campaigns, local partnerships and media collaborations to increase visibility
Liaising with internal departments to ensure all promotions are delivered consistently and effectively
Upholding brand standards across all communications and marketing materials
Requirements
Experience in hospitality sales or marketing, ideally within a hotel environment
Hands-on experience managing social media for business, from concept to post
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn insights into action
A creative thinker with excellent written and visual communication skills
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Confident working collaboratively across departments and with external partners
