Job Description:

Creative and ambitious marketer role in financial services and insurance industry to elevate brand awareness and drive high-quality leads through innovative campaigns, webinars, and engaging content. Focus on inbound lead generation and turning traffic into tangible growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee content calendar with blogs, newsletters, and webinars
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely creation and publication of content
  • Manage multimedia content production from concept to delivery
  • Promote content across various channels to drive engagement and generate leads
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns in alignment with marketing strategy
  • Organise bi-monthly webinars managing everything from attendee generation to post-event follow-ups
  • Develop lead nurture workflows to keep prospects engaged
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Implement remarketing campaigns and A/B test creatives
  • Drive engagement on social media channels primarily LinkedIn
  • Seek opportunities for PR mentions and influencer collaborations
  • Utilise LinkedIn automation tools to meet campaign objectives
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with focus on content marketing, campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Top-notch communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knack for storytelling and creating engaging content tailored for professional services
  • Hands-on with marketing tools and experienced with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions
  • Proactive and always looking for creative ways to improve processes and activities
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with eager-to-learn attitude

Nice to have:

  • Experience with marketing automation workflows
  • Familiarity with Insightly, GA4, Dux-Soup
  • Basic understanding of SEO and AI trends
