Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director as part of the wider Sales & Marketing team
Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Manage and grow our digital presence across social media, email and web
Turn complex financial ideas into clear, compelling and confident messaging
Understand digital tools to support marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance with a view to improving outcomes
Conduct competitor and market research to understand the changing market and target audiences
Report on the progress and performance of marketing activities
Work with the sales team to support campaigns and provide timely marketing resources
Assist the internal sales support team with new business enquiries

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail
Creative mindset with a strategic and competitive edge
Organised with the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Proactive, problem-solving mindset - someone who takes the initiative
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands-on familiarity with CRM, digital marketing tools and analytics
Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
Flexible approach to work and the ability to work well under pressure
A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
