Job Responsibility:

  • Support the delivery and coordination of NHS marketing activity across channels
  • Plan and deliver CPD events, webinars and educational initiatives for optometrists
  • Manage event promotion, registrations and post-event follow-up
  • Create and execute email campaigns and monthly B2B newsletters
  • Manage and develop LinkedIn social media content and scheduling
  • Work with clinical, sales and hospital teams to support marketing initiatives
  • Develop and update marketing materials across print and digital
  • Maintain NHS website content and ensure information is up to date
  • Support webinar delivery and provide general event and stakeholder support
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist with marketing administration including POs and internal processes
  • Track and report on marketing activity and performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing, events or healthcare communications (B2B preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
