The Marketing Executive is a 9-month, part-time role within the FI East Anglia Marketing team. It focuses on creating marketing content, supporting promotional activity, and raising awareness of the First Intuition brand, both internally and externally.
Job Responsibility:
Creating internal and external student and employer communications
Organising and promoting FI events
School liaison and networking events
Planning and producing additional marketing material as required
Creating and distributing communications via our CRM system (newsletters (student/employer), exam emails, events and promotions)
Updating website content, following SEO best practices
Brochure production (to create, update, upload to the website)
Managing our social media channels, including planning and posting content and engaging with our online communities
Creating and recording video content (as and when needed)
Managing our marketing inbox, ensuring that queries and emails are responded to in a timely manner
Blog articles – planning, sourcing content, production, SEO and promotion
Promoting various webinars and Facebook Live sessions
Supporting the organisation of student events – setting up campaigns, promotion, bookings, arrangements and follow-up
Leading on our school liaison and networking activities
Attending networking/school events
Organising staff to attend events
Updating the dashboard/posting shoutouts on Teams
Taking charge of our Accountancy Academy
Taking charge of National Apprenticeship Week
Managing to organise our podcast recordings, editing each episode and publishing it
Managing to plan our webinar/podcast topics and guests
Management of CRM data (ensuring compliance and accurate tagging)
Managing our promotional material – specifying and ordering (pens, bags, and ad hoc items)
Producing creative content e.g. banners/social media images
Supporting with applications for industry awards – compiling nominations and entries
Creating our digital marketing campaigns
Planning and producing additional marketing material such as flyers, brochures, videos, and magazines
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience supporting and running marketing campaigns across email, social media and websites
Ability to create clear, engaging content that follows brand guidelines
Ability to track marketing results and use this information to improve future activity
Ability to work well with different teams and build positive working relationships
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities effectively
Self-motivated and able to manage time and tasks to meet deadlines
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the accountancy and finance sector
Experience of using a CRM system
