Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with company growth and brand goals
Create engaging content across channels: website, blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, and video/audio
Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted, value-driven content
Oversee website content through WordPress: update pages, upload blogs, optimise for SEO, and ensure design and messaging consistency
Track and report on content KPIs, recommending improvements based on results
Support national and international events: From promotion and content creation to post-event coverage
Stay current with industry and recruitment marketing trends, suggesting new content ideas and formats
Requirements:
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within recruitment or similar industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms including Canva and LinkedIn
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Nice to have:
Someone social who is willing to add to the team atmosphere
