Are you creative, ambitious, and proactive? Do you want to be part of a brand where ideas are welcomed, decisions are made quickly, and your work genuinely makes an impact? We’re working with an exciting, rapidly growing beauty brand that’s making serious waves in the industry to find them a talented and driven Marketing Executive, and it could be you! This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for a marketing all-rounder who enjoys getting involved across campaigns, content, and brand activity. You’ll be supporting marketing initiatives from concept through to execution, helping bring the brand to life across digital and offline channels. It’s a true start-up environment — perfect for someone who thrives on variety, momentum, and collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting website updates, email marketing, and general campaigns
  • Creating engaging, on-brand content (copy and visuals — Canva experience is a plus)
  • Keeping up to date with beauty trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team
  • Monitoring campaign performance and sharing insights and learnings
  • Working closely with founders, creatives, and external partners
  • Supporting events, collaborations, and brand activations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role or a relevant marketing qualification within a B2C brand
  • A creative mindset with a strong interest in beauty and branding
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised but adaptable — comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Proactive, positive, and happy to get stuck in
  • An eye for detail and a feel for what looks and sounds “on brand”

Nice to have

  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics or performance reporting
