Marketing Executive

• Report to Marketing team based in US on implementing effective marketing plans and assist in ideas generation planning and executing various marketing activities, including advertisement, sales promotion, partnerships and campaigns
• Work closely with the Hong Kong Regional Manager, various internal and external team members to help execute brand vision with localization
• Contribute to the creative development of a wide range of marketing materials such as websites, print/digital collateral, advertisement and other marketing-related projects
• Manage digital marketing initiative with content management: website, social media and external agencies supporting business growth and retail operations
• Develop ideas and produce materials and content copy for Campaigns, social media Post, and other platforms in communication
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to ensure that all marketing programs are in line with business needs

• 2-3 years relevant experience in Brand Marketing
• High Diploma or above, preferably major in marketing or other related disciplines
• Proven record on effective marketing campaigns both online and offline
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must, with Strong in English and TC Chinese copywriting and translation / localization skills
• Strong in communication, detailed-minded, highly motivated, good time management, and work independently and willing to work under pressure and be a good team player with a positive attitude
• Experienced in with social media management
• Be up-to-date on digital and social trends, best practices, competitor learning

Experience in Beauty, Skin Care or related industries is a plus
