Job Description

Support end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for Everyday Insurance and Mobile. 13-month fixed-term contract, full-time hours. Hybrid working (Surry Hills location) with WFH flexibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating deliverables and managing timelines, assets and approvals across owned and paid channels
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise campaign briefs to agency partners, ensuring objectives and requirements are well understood
  • Support post-campaign reporting by leveraging data and insights to inform and optimise future campaigns
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial processes, while ensuring all marketing activity is aligned with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and business objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with Senior Marketing Managers, cross-functional internal teams and agency partners to ensure a consistent and cohesive service

Requirements

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail
  • Proven end-to-end campaign management experience, from strategic brief writing through to creative evaluation, production, and measurement
  • Experience managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns while adhering to budget and mitigating legal risk
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to clearly articulate campaign requirements and influence a broad network of diverse internal and external agency partners
  • Commercial acumen, with experience or exposure to financial services highly regarded

  • Support the sales team with exhibitor promotion, developing materials and creating campaigns
  • Work with the data team in the development and maintenance of our marketing databases
