We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join a growing, global software business operating in the maritime sector. This is a standout opportunity to be part of a newly established marketing function, working closely with the Head of Marketing and playing a hands-on role in shaping campaigns, content, and customer engagement. You’ll help deliver a marketing strategy focused on brand, content, and commercial growth, supporting both new business acquisition and existing customer engagement. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of campaign execution, marketing automation, content creation, and performance reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, and social
Build and optimise HubSpot workflows for nurture, onboarding, and engagement
Support lead segmentation, scoring, and campaign setup
Create and repurpose content, including blogs, newsletters, and short-form video
Use design and AI tools to produce high-quality marketing assets
Support customer advocacy through case studies and testimonials
Assist with marketing activity around global events and exhibitions
Track and report on campaign and content performance, sharing insights to improve results
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (software experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Strong content and design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Comfortable using AI tools for content and video creation
Working knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics
A self-starter who enjoys ownership and working autonomously
Creative, organised, and commercially minded
