We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join us at our Head Office in Pampisford! We rely on our Marketing Executives to deliver the marketing strategy for the group and drive product campaign marketing activities. This will include POS, email, digital, tactical, creative and communications. You'll work closely with the Marketing Team, agencies, and in-house designer to activate strategic marketing plans to drive strong ROI and track data analytics to measure performance. Working in one of our central support teams, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and deliver the group product campaign calendar from concept to execution
Support digital marketing activity including email campaigns, website content, social media, and paid digital advertising
Create high-quality online and print collateral that aligns with brand guidelines
Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all assets and communications
Build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners for collaborative marketing opportunities
Analyse data and campaign results to inform future marketing activity
Evaluate campaign success and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proven experience in digital marketing
Strong experience in delivering multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns, with a particular focus on campaign and digital strategy execution
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced environment
Track record of delivering creative campaigns and digital engagement. Portfolio examples are welcomed
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail
Ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads proactively
