Job Description:

Creative and driven Marketing Executive to join the Marketing and Communications team at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. Work in a dynamic environment in the center of Amsterdam, ready to shape our storytelling and elevate our digital presence.

Job Responsibility:

Create and publish social media content for the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel, Midtown Grill and Bar TWLV
Capture, edit and deliver engaging photography and short-form video
Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments and messages and support community engagement
Track performance through analytics and share insights to improve reach and engagement
Support SEO efforts and keep digital channels accurate, updated and brand aligned
Assist with paid social and Google Ads campaigns for our restaurants
Coordinate influencer collaborations, from reviewing requests to planning visits and evaluating results
Maintain relationships with local creators, media contacts and relevant partners
Assist with PR activities, events and brand activations throughout the hotel
Support the creation of digital and printed marketing materials for hotel, banqueting and F&B
Prepare and distribute newsletters for Midtown Grill
Update marketing collateral and support seasonal promotions and campaigns
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints
Participate in regular marketing meetings and contribute ideas to strengthen our presence

Requirements:

Experience with key social platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Preferably experience within hospitality
Basic design skills, ideally using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Creative, curious and comfortable generating new ideas
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Dutch is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
Proactive mindset, collaborative approach and natural interest in marketing and digital trends
Enjoy storytelling, content creation and building strong brand visibility

Nice to have:

Dutch language skills
Experience within hospitality
