As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is a varied, hands-on role. From digital campaigns and website management to supporting app growth and on-the-ground promotions, you’ll play a key part in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth across the UK. Job Responsibility:
Manage and update website content, ensuring it remains engaging, accurate, and optimised for performance and conversion
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, display and affiliate platforms
Contribute to SEO, PPC, and overall digital performance improvements to increase visibility and engagement
Assist in delivering national and local marketing initiatives, promotions, and pricing campaigns in collaboration with operational teams
Create and manage marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, and digital assets, maintaining strong brand consistency
Support exhibitions, events, and partnerships to enhance APCOA’s market presence
Work alongside the Lead Digital Executive on campaigns, competitions, and new growth opportunities
Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of digital products (including mobile apps), supporting content updates, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns fresh and competitive
Requirements:
3+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital and B2C campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing channels including social media, email, PPC, and SEO
Experience managing website content and working with CMS platforms
A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and campaigns
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and develop
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
