Job Responsibility:

  • Promotional Management: Planning and Coordination: Coordinating all promotional planning and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful, on-time implementation that adheres to established deadlines
  • Execution Oversight: Ensuring promotion mechanics are correctly set up and checked against guidelines
  • Logistics Check: Confirming sufficient stock is ordered and delivered before the promotional period begins
  • Performance Tracking: Tracking promotion results during and after the campaign with retailers, analyzing effectiveness, and maintaining an updated master promotion calendar
  • Budgeting: Reviewing and checking quotations related to promotional activity
  • Advertising: This function ensures all external-facing materials and communications adhere to brand standards and are accurately published across various channels
  • Creative Liaison: Coordinating with headquarters (HQ) for necessary visual assets for advertising and social media campaigns
  • Compliance Check: Liaising with retailers and suppliers to verify correct usage of brand materials and guidelines, and confirming that all published artwork and information is accurate
  • This involves the specialized process of managing product listings and promotion through airline partners
  • Listing Process: Preparing and submitting new product listing proposals in collaboration with managers
  • Catalogue Production: Organizing necessary information for catalogue printing once proposals are confirmed by airline agents
  • Accuracy & Translation: Coordinating text translation with internal stakeholders and ensuring all listed product details are accurate on airlines’ platforms
  • Trade Support: Tracking results in a master report, assisting with general airline agency inquiries, and introducing new products at trade shows when necessary
  • Brand Ambassadors: Incentive & Headcount: Maintaining current records for brand ambassador headcount and tracking incentive payments
  • Coordination: Coordinating brand ambassador uniforms and handling all related incentive queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum holding a diploma in a marketing or business relation function
  • Atleast 1 year of relevant marketing experiences in Retail or FMCG sector
