Job Description:

Marketing Executive in the Everyday Rewards Partnership team managing data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns to support acquisition, engagement and retention of members. Works with Rewards partners to develop and deliver marketing programs aimed at generating revenue and incremental business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across various channels
  • Craft targeted communications to optimise performance across member lifecycle
  • Support development and delivery of rewards marketing programs
  • Work with Rewards partners like BIG W, BWS, Bupa and Origin Energy
  • Deliver omnichannel marketing communications including owned channels, offline media, digital & social advertising and SEO/SEM
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agency to develop marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Present campaign plans, performance metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Partner directly with external stakeholders to brief campaigns and manage timelines

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in customer lifecycle and data-driven marketing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of executing successful data-led marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven experience in developing test & learn frameworks and optimisation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
