Job Responsibility:

  • Empower Sales Success: Lead product marketing and sales enablement efforts by creating high-impact toolkits, digital content, and collateral that turn prospects into partners
  • Execute High-Stakes Events: Spearhead the planning and execution of product briefings, trade marketing activities, and industry events to boost brand presence and market engagement
  • Optimize Resources & Budgets: Take full ownership of marketing budgets (A&P) and inventory management, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and materials are replenished on time
  • Drive Strategic Expansion: Fuel business growth by monitoring competitor trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and seize new market opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or any related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing (eg: digital, brand or campaign management), specifically within Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proficient in computer skills, with strong presentation and communication skills
