We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive to support the organisation’s digital presence through engaging social media content and campaigns. This role offers an opportunity for an early career professional to contribute to brand visibility, employee engagement and employer branding while building hands-on experience in social media management.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
Plan and execute social media campaigns for key internal and external events throughout the year
Publish content across relevant social media platforms
Track DMs, comments, social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports in line with KPIs
Draft engaging content and captions aligned with the organisation’s brand tone
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and design teams for content and creative requirements
Stay updated on digital trends and suggest fresh content ideas
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and campaign activities
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience or internship exposure in social media, digital marketing, or content management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and self-motivated approach
Nice to have:
Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Basic understanding of: Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
Exposure to employer branding or digital communication projects
