Job Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Executive to join our AO Mobile team. If you’re someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making things happen, this could be the perfect role for you! You’ll keep our affiliate channel running smoothly—working with partners, launching campaigns, and finding new ways to grow. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn loads and make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

Building relationships - Work closely with our affiliate partners and networks
Growing the channel - Source and onboard new affiliates
Running campaigns - Coordinate affiliate marketing campaigns
Keeping an eye on performance - Track key metrics like revenue, CPA, and CTR
Creating content - Pull together newsletters and promotional materials for affiliates
Staying compliant - Monitor affiliate activity to make sure it meets our program terms and brand standards
Keeping up with the market - Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

Experience in affiliate marketing
Building strong relationships comes naturally
Great communicator
Organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Commercial thinking is second nature
Confident negotiating deals
Enjoy digging into data, spotting trends, and finding ways to improve performance
