ZealousWeb is on the lookout for a smart, proactive Marketing Executive with the confidence to host webinars, drive engagement, and execute modern marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the evolving marketing landscape shaped by AI, automation, and community-led growth. If you can run campaigns, organize events, handle marketing automation tools, and talk like a human (not a brochure), you’re who we’re looking for.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, coordinate, and host live webinars, LinkedIn Lives, or virtual events for global B2B audiences
Assist in building and managing email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences
Collaborate with design, SEO, and paid teams to execute full-funnel marketing plans
Build and manage social media calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic, AdCreative.ai) to ideate and create marketing content
Manage and update the company website and blog
Work on case studies, testimonials, and landing page content in collaboration with copywriters
Analyze performance of campaigns using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager
Stay on top of emerging trends in AI marketing, Web3, automation, and community marketing
Requirements:
2–5 years of digital marketing experience (agency or product/SaaS company background preferred)
Strong command over webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Zoho Webinar, etc.)
Good communication & public speaking skills (confidence to represent the brand on camera)
Experience with email marketing (Zoho, Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar)
Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube Shorts
Familiar with AI-powered marketing tools (even basic use of ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Verbal Communication: Confident public speaking for webinars, LinkedIn Lives, and virtual events
Written Communication: Ability to write clear and compelling briefs, emails, social media captions, and campaign summaries
Active Listening: Understand feedback from team members, speakers, or audience and incorporate it effectively
Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, SEO/PPC teams, and sales stakeholders
Open to feedback and capable of aligning with different team goals and KPIs
Creativity & Storytelling: Strong storytelling skills to shape engaging webinar narratives, social posts, and case studies
Ability to think outside the box when ideating content using AI tools or marketing assets
Organization & Project Management: Excellent multitasking and time management to juggle webinars, content deadlines, and campaign calendars
Familiarity with project tracking tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion is a plus
Attention to Detail: Carefully reviews content, email sequences, landing pages, and webinar flows to ensure high quality and consistency
Ensures alignment with brand voice and compliance across platforms
Adaptability & Curiosity: Willingness to experiment with emerging tools and trends like AI in marketing, Web3, or automation
