This role will support both virtual and live events within the professional services industry. The position will not be responsible for event execution, rather all technology- and marketing platform-related activities including Cvent implementation, email automation, and website management/optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage event technology expertise to help deliver seamless and impactful marketing events.
Job Responsibility:
Manage event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent)
Build and optimize event websites and apps
Track and report on event data and performance
Coordinate virtual and live event logistics
Use HubSpot and similar tools for marketing data and automation
Collaborate with teams to align event strategies with marketing goals
Conduct research on trends and event innovation
Support web development for event sites
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality user experience
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, or related
4+ years’ experience with event technology (Cvent preferred)
Proficient in HubSpot or related marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of CMS platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, or similar
Knowledge of event logistics, both virtual and live
Analytical with experience in event data reporting
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to have:
Familiar with web development and front-end frameworks
Experience in financial services or other professional services industry
