We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Manager to join our marketing team and lead the company’s global event strategy, planning, and execution across industry conferences, partner activations, and executive experiences. This is a hands-on and dynamic position that requires a unique blend of strategy, meticulous project management, creative vision, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practices and KPIs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional Sales, Client Success Management, Partnership, and Operations teams, while working alongside other functions in the marketing department including Content and Design, to ensure events directly contribute to pipeline and brand visibility, in alignment with our global Business Development and Marketing strategies and roadmaps. The role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate calls in different time zones and includes traveling abroad. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the global events calendar and budget, prioritizing conferences, partner events, and ecosystem opportunities in line with regional and marketing strategy
Define event goals and level of involvement (sponsorships, booths, speaking opportunities, etc.) in alignment with Marketing and regional Sales objectives
Serve as the remote/on-site lead producer: Lead end-to-end event execution including logistics, vendors, venues, contracts, booth setup, collateral, swag, and on-site operations
Plan and execute partner and customer events in collaboration with the partnerships and sales teams (executive dinners, networking events, and more)
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders before, during, and after events
Oversee event materials and timelines, working closely with design, content, and digital teams to ensure high-quality execution
Support pre-, during-, and post-event marketing activities in collaboration with social and digital teams to maximize visibility
Measure and report on event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve future events
Requirements:
3–6 years of hands-on event management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with proven end-to-end ownership of events from planning to execution
Experience managing events in the USA and the UK (a Must)
experience in additional global markets is a strong advantage
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events across regions and time zones
Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, as well as with creative teams (Content and Design)
Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring event ROI and business impact
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot is an advantage)
