As the Marketing Director you’ll control c£1M budget delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy capable of delivering double digit growth. You’ll have complete accountability over core marketing channels, digital, branding and internal and external comms.
Job Responsibility:
Directing the marketing function and strategic development of the brand in the UK
Providing leadership and mentorship to the marketing team
Owning the development and execution of the trading & campaign planning framework
Leading the digital marketing efforts
Taking charge of reviewing and refining the customer proposition
Driving marketing insights by gathering and analysing the Voice of the Customer

Proven experience with a fast-paced manufacturing business
Leading and developing a multi skilled remote/hybrid team
