Job Description

Snail Games USA is looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing team, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, innovative content development, and data-driven strategies to drive game and business success.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with game development and operational goals
  • Oversee project and department budgets
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends
  • Lead the team in the creation and execution of content strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing roles within the gaming or entertainment industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and paid media
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing budgets and timelines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends in gaming and digital marketing
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
