You will be responsible for elevating the hotel's profile within the Prague market and globally, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the European elegance and 'Remarkable Service' synonymous. This role demands a holistic approach, integrating PR and communications with cutting-edge digital performance and high-level experiential marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute an annual integrated marketing plan that aligns with our luxury standards
Act as the primary guardian of the hotel's reputation
Manage high-level media relations, craft compelling press stories, and host international journalists
Oversee the property's digital footprint, including SEO/SEM, website optimization, and social media strategies that prioritize engagement over mere reach
Lead the marketing and communication roadmap for new launches, renovations, or property re-flagging
Establish prestigious local partnerships with luxury watchmakers, fashion houses, and cultural institutions in Prague
Leverage the GHA DISCOVERY program to drive repeat business and curate personalized communication for UHNW individuals
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years in Luxury Hospitality Marketing and PR, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
Deep familiarity with the Prague luxury landscape
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale product
Proficient in data-driven marketing
Sophisticated verbal and written command of English
proficiency in Czech or a second European language is highly advantageous
