Job Responsibility
Strategic Planning: Define and implement the overarching marketing strategy to position the company for growth in current and future marketplaces
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and research to identify customer needs, market factors, and technical requirements to shape opportunities early in the sales cycle
Business Development Support: Develop a diverse sales funnel, account capture plans, and differentiated management tactics to win new business and facilitate gate reviews for leadership
Brand & Content Management: Oversee the creation and approval of all company collateral, including white papers, press announcements, digital content, and traditional advertising materials
Omnichannel Execution: Utilize a mix of traditional outlets (events, PR, direct marketing) and emerging digital approaches (SEO/PPC, social campaigns, and viral marketing) to drive awareness
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to coordinate new product launches, determine product highlights, and maintain relationships with the distributor community
Departmental Leadership: Manage the marketing budget based on ROI rationales and lead the professional development of marketing department staff
Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of translating technical capabilities into customer benefits
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform price analysis, product line forecasting, and costing from inception to end-user
Communication & Content: Exceptional written and analytical skills with the ability to create high-impact sales support materials, presentations, and sell sheets
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including database management
experience with graphics and desktop publishing software is a significant plus
Operational Excellence: Demonstrated attention to detail, strong research skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving project timelines
