We are looking for a high-impact Marketing Director to lead our marketing engine. Our brand is already a staple at major industry events; now, we need a digital architect to transform that momentum into a high-performing lead generation factory. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our marketing team ( one Senior Marketer and three InternsM/alternants) to drive the next phase of CyberVadis’ growth. Your mission is to diversify our acquisition channels, optimize our conversion funnels, and establish a data-driven culture that fuels our sales pipeline across mostly France, Germany, and the UK.
Job Responsibility:
Define the annual marketing roadmap with a heavy emphasis on digital-first lead generation to complement our existing events calendar
Mentor and manage a team of four, providing clear KPIs and professional development for our Senior Marketer and three Interns
Allocate and optimize the marketing budget across the DACH, FR, and UK regions to ensure maximum ROI on spend
Audit and overhaul our current digital strategy, including SEO/SEM, paid social (LinkedIn), and automated nurture tracks
Build a robust "Lead Factory" model that generates high-intent leads through standalone digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social) and physical event presence
Optimize the website and landing pages for conversion, ensuring messaging is localized for the specific cybersecurity concerns of each target country
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure high lead quality and a seamless handoff process (MQL to SQL)
Oversee the production of high-value cybersecurity content (whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that establishes us as a thought leader in the market
Standardize our brand voice across all digital channels to ensure consistency, while respecting the cultural nuances of our three core markets
Requirements:
10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a demonstrable history of scaling lead generation and hitting (or exceeding) pipeline targets in a high-growth environment
Proven success in managing a team, with a demonstrable ability to mentor senior-level individual contributors while simultaneously building structured onboarding and growth programs for interns
Proven track record of running successful campaigns in France, and other countries (ideally UK and Germany among others) simultaneously
Mastery of Salesforce/Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools
Ability to build complex attribution models and report on CAC, LTV, and pipeline contribution
Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory
Proficiency in German is a plus to manage local nuances
