Job Responsibility

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across both retail and e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on digital growth and customer acquisition
  • Identifying, selecting and managing best-in-class external partners and agencies across social media, performance marketing, and Public Relations
  • Localizing and adapting global brand campaigns and assets to effectively connect with Greek consumers while maintaining brand consistency
  • Leading all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, website optimization, content strategy, social media, and e-commerce performance
  • Managing and optimizing the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators, including sales performance, customer acquisition, brand awareness and marketing effectiveness, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience, including senior marketing leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven senior marketing leadership in luxury services, premium hospitality, or leading agencies
  • Extensive expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in selecting, managing, and evaluating external agencies and marketing partners
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable business decisions
  • Deep understanding of the Greek market and local consumer behavior
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
