Coloplast is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and shape the future of our business in Australia and New Zealand. As an integral member of the Executive Leadership team, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that support revenue growth, pricing and profitability. Drive a high-performing marketing team to ensure the successful launch and promotion of products and services that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the overall strategic direction for our products and services alongside senior management
Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team, ensuring successful product launches, campaigns, and educational programs
Drive revenue growth, pricing, and profitability across relevant business areas
Monitor and influence market dynamics, including reimbursement, competitors, customer groups, government, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Collaborate with Market Managers to adapt and execute global strategies for local market needs
Work closely with commercial teams to develop revenue forecasts, shape baseline growth with positive and negative contributors from product launches or account challenges
Ensure marketing activity is allocated in line with agreed expense forecast and on budget
Grow the capability of the marketing team and develop local talent to support global strategy execution
Analyse key markets and customer need to identify opportunities and develop strategies that drive growth
Provide key support to sales and participate in the selling process for strategic projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing (MBA Desirable)
Minimum 5 years experience in product management and/or marketing in life sciences, healthcare, or medical technology
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to visualise and drive business growth
Strong strategic mindset, proactive, results-driven, and creative thinker with a high degree of initiative
Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement
Ability to analyse and interpret data/technical materials and present to senior management or different audiences
Proven track record in executing strategic plans and achieving business objectives
Strong understanding of competitor strategies, market positioning, and pricing
