A leading organisation in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth and lead a digital transformation across their B2B markets. Based in Altona in a hybrid arrangement, this is a hands-on leadership role where you will report directly to the CEO. You will shape the modern marketing strategy, build a measurable sales pipeline, and spearhead the implementation of AI-enabled marketing workflows. Supported by a small internal team and agency partners, you will personally execute campaigns, write copy, and manage digital automation tools day-to-day.

Requirements
8+ years of marketing experience, including senior or lead responsibility
Proven track record with CRM and marketing automation platforms (experience with MS Dynamics 365 or Power BI is highly regarded)
A "working leader" who writes copy, builds campaign assets, and personally manages CMS and digital channels
Experience or strong interest in implementing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or MS Copilot) to optimize content and workflow efficiency
Background in an engineering, technical, or industrial sector is highly preferred
What we offer
Compensation: $170,000 - $180,000 base + super
