We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join our team. This strategic role will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to elevate the brand’s presence globally, driving growth and awareness in key industries we serve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the global marketing strategy, focusing on B2B marketing across industries like project logistics, freight forwarding, oil & gas, mining and petrochemical
  • Oversee and refine digital marketing, public relations, content marketing, and brand development efforts to increase market share and strengthen the company’s position in the logistics industry
  • Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to create compelling campaigns that attract, engage, and retain customers
  • Analyze industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives
  • Work closely with the executive team to promote the company’s mission, vision, and values across all communications
  • Drive customer and industry-specific engagement initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in logistics, transportation, large project transportation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a global context
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content development, lead generation, and brand management
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry, supply chain management, and its challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with global marketing campaigns and multi-cultural teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
