Job Responsibility:
Leading lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back
Building targeted, personalized campaigns using segmentation and customer insights
Managing multi-channel initiatives across email, CRM, automation, and retargeting
Using analytics, testing, and performance data to optimize conversion and engagement
Partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, analytics, and brand teams
Developing retention and loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer relationships
Requirements:
10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
Proven ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Analytical mindset with experience using reporting/visualization tools
Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing and optimizing campaigns
