Marketing Director

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance visibility within hospitality and retail markets
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website strategy, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to create targeted campaigns that drive pipeline growth
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Oversee content development including case studies, proposals, presentations, and collateral
• Support event marketing efforts, trade shows, and industry networking initiatives
• Manage marketing budget and ensure strong ROI on initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Background in construction, hospitality, retail, or related industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing growth-focused marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
