We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Director to join our team on a maternity cover basis, supporting an exciting period of brand growth and international expansion. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a strategic marketing leader with a strong track record in building brands, driving direct revenue and delivering impactful, audience-led marketing and communications.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to build brand awareness, grow audiences and drive direct revenue
Oversee the central overhead marketing budget to ensure commercial success, customer retention and brand awareness
Lead campaign strategy and delivery across digital, social media, website content, CRM and brand partnerships
Oversee content creation, storytelling and programming that brings the brand to life across all touchpoints
Provide strategic marketing leadership our properties
Manage and mentor the head office marketing team, while guiding and supporting hotel-level marketing teams
Work closely with Sales and Revenue to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and performance targets
Responding to the key business needs, identifying the gaps for rooms packages that can drive performance
Manage PR agencies, consultants and key partners to ensure consistent brand execution
Monitor performance, budgets and ROI, using data and insights to inform decision-making
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, travel or premium consumer brands
Demonstrated success in building brands, increasing direct revenue and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns
Strong expertise across digital marketing, social media, website content, brand partnerships and communications
Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of revenue drivers and performance metrics
Confident people leader with experience managing central teams, hotel-level stakeholders and external partners
Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Flexibility to travel to all our European locations
