Job Description:

The Marketing Director is responsible for providing strategic direction to the entire marketing team, guiding the institution's efforts across brand development, digital marketing, public relations, admissions, and alumni engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and refine all internal and external communications, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and providing guidance across the organization
Proactively build the institution's reputation by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, alumni, and community leaders
Lead digital content creation and oversee the continuous improvement of all digital marketing tools, including websites and social media platforms, using analytics to inform strategy
Manage proactive press relations, create impactful press releases, handle media inquiries, and monitor mentions
Establish the vision for the admissions program, direct integrated marketing and admissions efforts, analyze enrollment trends, and shape policies for growth and diversity
Develop and implement a strategic plan for alumni relations, including maintaining connections and organizing events to foster ongoing engagement
Lead high-profile events to enhance the institution's standing and represent the institution at various functions
Manage marketing and development budgets and provide strong leadership and motivation to the marketing functions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or relevant field
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content and event management, in the education field
Demonstrated expertise and enthusiasm for leveraging digital technologies in marketing and admissions
Strong knowledge of the US and UK higher education systems and admissions requirements
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with alumni, students, parents, and school representatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
