Requirements:
8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with senior ownership of regional or international scope
Strong background in field marketing and go-to-market execution
Proven experience partnering closely with Growth teams and influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes
Comfort operating across multiple markets, cultures, and stakeholder groups
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on executional excellence
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Experience in SaaS, legal, professional services, or complex enterprise sales environments
Multilingual capabilities — particularly in German, Spanish, and/or French, are a strong advantage in this role.
