Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the U.S. and global markets
  • Build brand positioning, product messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives including product launches, digital campaigns, events, PR, and content strategy
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, and sales to drive alignment across GTM efforts
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities across data center, telecom, and AI/HPC markets
  • Establish foundational marketing infrastructure, including Martech stack, processes, and analytics
  • Support global collaboration with teams based in Asia

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience within optical modules, optical transceivers, data center hardware, telecom equipment, or a closely related industry
  • Proven ability to build a marketing function from scratch (startup or zero‑to‑one experience highly valued)
  • Strong understanding of high‑speed optical communication technologies and market landscape
  • Demonstrated success in product marketing, GTM strategy, and growth-focused initiatives
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in engineering-driven organizations
  • Mandarin Chinese fluency preferred (to support global coordination)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and willingness to be hands-on
