As a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) at NewStore, you’ll convert global marketing engagement into qualified pipeline. Sitting within Marketing and partnering closely with Sales, you’ll engage inbound leads, qualify marketing-generated interest, and accelerate prospects into meaningful sales conversations. Operating at the intersection of demand generation and revenue, you’ll ensure our campaigns, events, and digital programs translate into measurable business impact. This role is about speed, precision, and delivering a strong first impression of NewStore. We’re looking for someone who thrives on fast follow-up, smart qualification, and leveraging AI, automation, and intent data to engage retail decision-makers at the right moment.
Job Responsibility:
Own inbound lead follow-up across key markets with timely, personalized outreach
Qualify MQLs and convert them into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and meetings
Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to align on priority accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategy
Execute multi-touch engagement via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
Use Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, SalesLoft, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize high-intent prospects
Leverage AI and automation to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates
Support event and campaign follow-up to maximize pipeline impact
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide feedback to improve campaign performance
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in an MDR, SDR, BDR, or similar B2B SaaS role
Experience working inbound leads within a marketing-to-sales funnel
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, SalesLoft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools
Strong communicator with the confidence to engage retail executives
Organized, responsive, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
Data-minded and collaborative, with a growth-oriented attitude
Fluency in English required
Nice to have:
