Job Responsibility:

  • Design and build landing pages for campaigns, reports, webinars and website
  • Create visuals for ads, social posts, and emails that align with each campaign’s goal
  • Study user behavior patterns to understand ways to drive conversions
  • Help shape how our product is positioned to different ICPs
  • Work closely with the content and growth teams to test new ideas
  • Keep visual style consistent and fresh across all channels

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for web design and marketing assets
  • Strong understanding of conversion design principles (visual hierarchy & attention flow, emotional triggers, color psychology, and typography impact)
  • Ability to create ad creatives for Meta, Google, X, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and interpreting performance data
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and lead-generation flows

Nice to have:

  • Data visualization (charts, infographics)
  • Knowledge of basic UX writing or copy principles
  • Ability to explain a complex concept in simple terms
