The Marketing Designer will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and messaging of the company's brand. Job Responsibility:
Develop compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, and email templates
Create engaging and informative content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and develop innovative campaigns
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and staying within budget
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in creating marketing materials for digital platforms (websites, social media)
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Business level or above in Japanese and English
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
