Job Description

We’re looking for a highly adaptable, conversion-focused Senior Marketing Designer who will also help lead and mentor a small team of designers based in India. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend the majority of your time (70%) driving high-impact creative work across key marketing channels, while dedicating part of your time (30%) to overseeing, mentoring, and supporting the India design team to ensure quality, alignment, and growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Individual Contributor (70%): Design a high volume of performance-driven marketing content
  • Apply and evolve the Ethos brand across key marketing channels
  • Bring animation and motion design into the marketing toolkit
  • Adapt seamlessly between Consumer-facing and Partner (agent) creative
  • Support creative for new product launches and evolving product lines
  • Partner closely with marketing, growth, and product design teams
  • Take initiative in shaping strategic design direction
  • Lead high-impact projects from brief through execution
  • Design Management (30%): Provide clear, actionable creative direction to the India-based design team
  • Deliver specific, detailed feedback

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in marketing design
  • Exceptional design taste level with a sharp eye for detail, craft, and consistency
  • Proven ability to give precise, actionable feedback and direction
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • proficiency with motion design or animation
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and channel best practices
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
