Job Responsibility:

Combines technical depth in big data and cloud technologies with business acumen and solution architect skills to design, implement, and operationalize data solutions that deliver business value
Act as trusted advisors, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams
Foster community engagement and continuous innovation

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience
Architect big data solutions that span data engineering, data science, machine learning, and SQL analytics workflows
Deep expertise in areas such as streaming, performance tuning, data lake technologies, or industry-specific data solutions
Designing scalable, secure, and optimized data solutions using the Databricks Lakehouse Platform
Deep understanding of the Databricks Lakehouse architecture, including Delta Lake, MLflow, and Databricks SQL for data management, machine learning, and analytics
Proficiency in deploying and managing Databricks solutions on Azure
Strong skills in building and optimizing data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, schema design, and handling large-scale data processing with Apache Spark
Ability to design scalable and secure Databricks solutions tailored to business needs, including multi-hop data pipelines (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
Implementing data governance using Unity Catalog, role-based access control (RBAC), entity permissions, and ensuring compliance and data security
