As marketing performance becomes increasingly data?driven, this role sits at the centre of impactful decision-making and strategic growth. Our client is looking for a detail oriented and insight driven professional to join their team as a Marketing Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, actionable insights that elevate marketing performance, strengthen campaign impact, and support strategic decision-making across the Benelux region. You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams including Brand, PR, Digital, CRM, and eCommerce, making a real contribution to both operational excellence and long term marketing maturity.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver insights on influencer and PR performance, including engagement, impressions, costs, and qualitative analysis
Conduct 360° campaign evaluations covering website performance, digital media, social, CRM, earned media, brand, and more
Manage monthly KPI reporting across marketing channels
Carry out on-demand performance analyses to support strategic questions
Develop and maintain a centralised data and dashboard platform for consistent reporting
Support teams with data interpretation and actionable recommendations
Contribute to a data driven culture through clear, timely, and meaningful reporting
Enable continuous improvement for campaigns and other initiatives
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in marketing data analytics
Proven experience in marketing analysis, performance reporting, or similar roles
Past experience in consumer electronics is a plus
Your strengths include structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and data storytelling
Working experience with BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting tools is essential
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are needed in this job
A mindset driven by curiosity, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Past experience in consumer electronics
Dutch language skills
