We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support marketing stakeholders through high-quality analysis, insight generation, and reporting. This role focuses on transforming complex marketing and digital data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making, enhance campaign performance, and improve understanding of customer and account landscapes. You will work closely with business partners, maintain and develop reporting solutions, and contribute to a collaborative analytics community within VOIS.
Job Responsibility
Manage, clean, and consolidate data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and usability
Deliver detailed analyses, reports, and dashboards that support marketing performance and campaign evaluation
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve campaign reporting tools and visualisations
Document tasks, processes, and projects to support transparency and knowledge sharing
Oversee and support technical user groups, including Power BI workspaces
Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and line management to identify information needs and present actionable insights
Deliver marketing enablement sessions to support effective use of dashboards and analytics platforms
Contribute to recruitment activities by participating in interviews and supporting the evaluation of practical exercises
Requirements
At least three years’ experience interpreting trends and patterns in complex datasets
Comfortable working with data manipulation, visualisation, and reporting techniques
Familiar with business intelligence platforms and confident learning new tools and concepts
Experienced in working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or social media analytics platforms
Knowledgeable in digital marketing, particularly campaign analytics and marketing funnels
Organised, with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent in English, with a degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline
