Architect our growth engine by turning raw data into the high-impact dashboards and insights that drive every investment decision. The Marketing Data Analyst is the architect of our growth insights. You will build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that evaluates our funnel performance and marketing spend across all channels. Partnering closely with RevOps and Marketing leadership, you’ll uncover trends, evaluate attribution, and build the forecasting models that allow us to scale with precision.
Job Responsibility:
Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key growth metrics
Analyze the full customer journey to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities
Work with RevOps to solve the attribution puzzle and provide clear insights into channel and regional performance
Develop models to support growth planning and guide future marketing investment decisions
Measure the impact of marketing tests and translate complex datasets into clear, boardroom-ready recommendations
Ensure total accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems
Requirements:
4+ years in marketing, growth, or business analytics
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Science, Econ, etc.)
Deep understanding of funnel analysis and attribution modeling
Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with SQL and data warehouses is a major plus
Ability to take complex math and turn it into a clear, persuasive story for non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented mentality when it comes to data accuracy and problem-solving
