We're seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Operations & Analytics team to support our global marketing team of 60 marketers and push the boundaries of our existing analytics ecosystem. This role is critical in driving strategic and operational insights that guide our marketing strategies and execution. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will leverage your analytical and technical skills to provide actionable insights through ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects. You'll serve as a bridge between technical analysis and business decision-making, adapting your communication effectively for various stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to build innovative AI-driven solutions on our Dataiku platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to identify key business questions and conduct robust ad-hoc analyses to drive decision making for the field and digital marketing teams
  • Develop strategic projects to grow the analytics ecosystem including pipeline forecasting, campaign analytics, and marketing/channel mix analysis
  • Own and manage key datasets and dashboards that are leveraged daily by the Marketing team, and design and build new dashboards using best in class visualizations techniques to convey insights to marketers in the easiest and most effective way possible
  • Build innovative solutions to open questions using advanced analytics and AI to enable the Marketing team on Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and the Enterprise Data & Analytics teams on GTM metrics and datasets, and contribute positively to the large internal analytics community at Dataiku

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in analytics or a data/strategy-oriented role
  • Experience in consulting or a similar business-facing analytical role showing an ability to translate business needs into analytical approaches and vice versa
  • Demonstrated experience using data to analyze pipeline performance and marketing campaigns/ROI to drive strategic decisions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google sheets, advanced proficiency in SQL and moderate proficiency in Python for analytics purposes
  • Demostrable proficiency building high quality visualizations in tools like Tableau (our primary BI Tool)
  • Familiarity with operations systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Ability to communicate clearly on technical and business concepts through storytelling and presentations

Nice to have:

  • prior experience supporting GTM, marketing / business operations within B2B SaaS or technology companies is a plus
  • Experience with Dataiku is a big plus
