Job Description

The role is responsible for driving all marketing activities, defining and implementing the mid and long term marketing strategy for the country, in collaboration with Country Manager and aligned with Group Marketing strategy and coordinated and supported by Regional Marketing.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and recommendations for Country Y+1 BMCP (Brand Planning and Communication Plan), in accordance to Group brand strategy guidelines, Master Plan objectives, country guidelines and key learning from previous years
  • Define and execute the brand marketing & communication strategy of Local Primary Brand, in accordance to Group brand architecture
  • Liaise with Country Senior management team to ensure marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall objectives
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing and brand managers to achieve: (i) sales and profit goals
  • (ii) trade marketing activities (such as POS activation)
  • (iii) Brand health mid-term objectives
  • Help define and execute the local PR and communication strategy, in accordance with the Group Editorial Plan by Group Strategy and the BMCP
  • Help select local agencies/printing, media, PR, ensuring effective and consistent level of services
  • Define and execute the Digital Marketing strategy, including country specific elements of the local stakeholders digital journeys, ensuring fundamental elements (social media strategy, SEO execution, SEM strategy, platform strategy) are in full accordance with Corporate practices at Marketing and Digital level
  • Manage the CRM tools consistently with Group approach and market needs and being supported by Regional Loyalty CRM on incentive programs for installers
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviours and competitors' activity to identify market opportunities
  • Manage product marketing activities such as definition of markets' needs in terms of product, competitor analysis, launch of new products and commercial-technical training/information to sales force, working in collaboration with Regional Product Director and BU teams

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing/Economics
  • At least 8 years of experience in Marketing and Sales of manufacturing multinational companies
  • Brand Marketing & Communication core skills

  • Know-how of market research and intelligence practices and tools
